Look for the video with the "Live" tag and enter the live stream. At this point its available to anyone.

You can also take part of the live chat function.

Connecting directly via the webserver works best on desktop operating systems. Mobile devices should use Icecast or the YouTube app instead. In addition to connecting to the stream, it is ad-free, has a delay of 45 seconds and allows you to see a recreation of the scanning display showing what is currently being broadcast.

There is also a file server attached to the web server allowing the download of documents that may assist you in programming your own scanner or to learn more about the terminology used by the Public Safety Network.

This service is online 24x7 and is not affected by YT outages. It will only go offline during ISP outages or server issues.

To use the Icecast audio-only server you need one of the following devices:

• Desktop
• Laptop
• Android or iOS Tablet
• Android or iOS Phone

The Icecast server has been created as a fallback in case the other streams are offline.

Access at this point is unrestricted.

It is transmitting audio without any tags meaning that there are no identifications on the talk group you listen to.
